What Asku does
When you message Asku:
- we ask what you need
- we confirm the details with you
- with your consent, we share your request with up to 3 matched local businesses
- those businesses may contact you
Asku introduces local businesses. Asku does not carry out the job itself.
No fee for customers
Asku is free for customers.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- that a business will be available
- that a business will respond
- that a quote or job will be agreed
- the quality of any business introduced
Any agreement is between you and the business.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- only request help for genuine needs
- treat businesses respectfully
Your data and consent
Before we share your details, we ask for your consent.
You can withdraw consent and request deletion by replying STOP on WhatsApp or contacting info@asku.co.uk.

Acceptable use
You must not use Asku to:
- send spam or abuse
- harass businesses
- submit false or harmful requests
- attempt to disrupt the service
We may refuse or end support where misuse occurs.
Liability
Asku is provided on a practical best-effort basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- the actions of local businesses
- the outcome of any job
- losses arising from introductions made through the service
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be shown on this page.
